We're not huge fans of definitions, but in case it helps, bullying is often described as when somebody does something repeatedly in order to upset and/or hurt you. As a rule of thumb, if you suspect you're being bullied - you most likely are. These resources may help you figure it out.

SQUISHING ONLINE ABUSE

Cyberbullying is such a broad topic, which is why we've also linked through to a cyberbullying support hub. You can also report abuse to us directly at ditchthelabel.Org/report. We can have abusive content taken down on your behalf.

IS IT HATE?

It's considered a hate crime if somebody is targeted you based on one or more 'protected characteristics'; such as your race, sexuality, disability, ethnicity, religion or gender identity. Targeting somebody on these characteristics is considered a criminal offence in the uk.
